Walker Cole International is searching for a Head of Validation to join a pharmaceutical company based in Greater London. As the Head of Validation, you will be instrumental in directing the team and being a subject matter expert (SME) for the Validation Master Plan.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage all Validation activities for the site.
- As the Head of Validation you will lead the Validation team and individual development plans.
- Play a figurehead role in managing regulatory agency inspections from MHRA and FDA.
- Manage the Site Validation Master Plan.
The successful candidate:
- Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Broad experience across different aspects of validation.
- Validation leadership skills within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology space.
- Experience working within different international markets.
