What does it entail?

The successful individual will bring additional resource to the sales team to help us continue on our growth trajectory and you will be predominantly responsible for bringing on new business whilst also growing a small number of current accounts.

We provide emergency and planned drainage and plumbing through our national franchised network incorporating pumps, sewage treatment plants, asset mapping, tankering services and we are expanding our plumbing services into gas and renewables.

You will be expected to contribute to the teams efforts of 20% annual business growth, whilst at the same time have the relationship skills to onboard new customers and manage their expectations whilst delivery a first class customer experience

What do we look for?

  • Proven experience within business development
  • Experience within the drainage/pump industry is essential, as is experience selling to Franchises/Distributers/Social Housing to demonstrate your understanding of the differences and challenges of selling in this environment
  • Have demonstrable experience working with customers to increase market share and introducing new services
  • Be energetic, tenacious and positive in outlook
  • Have some technical, project management or engineering experience that demonstrates transferable skills in understanding our technical services and how they are delivered
