- Process Design & Optimisation: Lead and document process designs, using ServiceNow to build workflows and automations that drive consistency and efficiency.
- ServiceNow Process Implementation: Implement workflows, aligning with best practices and organisational requirements for ServiceNow’s ITSM module.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Partner with Project Managers, Analysts, and Change Managers to ensure alignment on process design and adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct ongoing evaluations to identify improvements, implement root cause analyses, and develop scalable solutions.
- Experience: 7+ years in Process Design, including 5+ years working with ServiceNow (particularly ITSM), and proven success in process reengineering and improvement.
- Skills: Advanced ServiceNow knowledge, expertise in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart), and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
