  • ServiceNow Process Implementation: Implement workflows, aligning with best practices and organisational requirements for ServiceNow’s ITSM module.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Partner with Project Managers, Analysts, and Change Managers to ensure alignment on process design and adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct ongoing evaluations to identify improvements, implement root cause analyses, and develop scalable solutions.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 7+ years in Process Design, including 5+ years working with ServiceNow (particularly ITSM), and proven success in process reengineering and improvement.
  • Skills: Advanced ServiceNow knowledge, expertise in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart), and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
