About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Director to lead the product strategy and execution for a fast-paced, market-leading company specialising in digital advertising and media solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the development of cutting-edge advertising products that leverage LED and LCD technologies to deliver engaging customer experiences.

Based in Holborn, London, this role involves managing a team of three Product Leads and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership:
Define and execute the product roadmap for digital advertising and media solutions, with a strong focus on LED and LCD technologies. Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to market delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Team Management:
Lead and inspire a team of three Product Leads, driving a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Provide mentorship and development opportunities for the team to maximize their potential.

Market & Technology Insight:
Stay ahead of trends in digital media and advertising, with a focus on emerging LED and LCD technologies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate the latest innovations into product offerings.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align product strategies with market needs and client expectations.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.

Operational Excellence:
Manage product development budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Analyze product performance data to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline degree (preferably Electronics or Mechanical Engineering).

Experience:

  • Significant experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally within the digital advertising, media, or technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in LED and LCD technologies and their applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of LED/LCD technology and product development.
