  • Footwear & Accessories Technologist – at least 10 years’ experience owning fit and quality development on Men’s and Women’s footwear products
  • Knowledge of global industry sizing standards, footwear anatomy, footwear construction and materials, fit testing and prototyping including wide fit/wide calf, 3D scanning, technical proficiency
  • Will own end-to-end footwear fit development for SPB partnering with a Designed based in Los Angeles
  • Support the launch a new non-apparel internal fitting process
  • Provide consultancy of non-apparel fit inputs into PLM onboarding
  • Execute new product fit development against the Selection Backlog
  • Source London-based footwear fit models
  • Conduct deep dives on products with fit/quality issues
  • Build out internal technical literature for non-apparel, e.g. minimum construction standards, how to measure guides, etc
  • Support non-apparel fit CX opportunities
