- Remote – Occasional trips to London/City
- Program Strategy and Planning- Define program strategy, objectives, and deliverables; align with organizational goals, collaborate with leadership to set priorities and allocate resources
- Project Coordination and Management- Oversee related projects within the program, ensuring alignment, resource distribution, and conflict resolution
- Project Management Tools- Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of project management tools and their organization-wide adoption
- Stakeholder Engagement -Â Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining relationships and managing service expectations.
- Continuous Improvement -Identify and implement service delivery optimizations to boost efficiency and satisfaction. Track and adjust based on KPIs for ongoing enhancement
- Risk and Issue Management -Â Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Quality Assurance and Compliance- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements through regular audits
- Team Leadership- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering development and collaboration
- Performance Measurement and Reporting -Â Monitor program KPIs and report insights for alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in project/program management, with a record of managing complex programs
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or similar credentials are often preferred.
- Scaled agile frameworks, Kanban, Scrum
- Ability to manage service delivery timelines, resources, and priorities
- Ability to align program goals with organizational objectives and long-term vision
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com , Asana or similar), and strong analytical skills
