Programme Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for a Programme Manager to deliver several projects including the implementation of Monday.com. You will work closely with project teams to ensure each project aligns with the program’s objectives, manage resources effectively, and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders. Your role will require strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results for the organisation.With responsibility for service delivery, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring that service levels are consistently met. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage the service team, and coordinate resources to enhance service outcomes.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Program Strategy and Planning- Define program strategy, objectives, and deliverables; align with organizational goals, collaborate with leadership to set priorities and allocate resources
  • Project Coordination and Management- Oversee related projects within the program, ensuring alignment, resource distribution, and conflict resolution
  • Project Management Tools- Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of project management tools and their organization-wide adoption
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining relationships and managing service expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement -Identify and implement service delivery optimizations to boost efficiency and satisfaction. Track and adjust based on KPIs for ongoing enhancement
  • Risk and Issue Management - Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements through regular audits
  • Team Leadership- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering development and collaboration
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting - Monitor program KPIs and report insights for alignment with organizational goals.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience in project/program management, with a record of managing complex programs
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or similar credentials are often preferred.
  • Scaled agile frameworks, Kanban, Scrum
  • Ability to manage service delivery timelines, resources, and priorities
  • Ability to align program goals with organizational objectives and long-term vision
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com , Asana or similar), and strong analytical skills
