I’m recruiting on behalf of a London-based market research agency seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the directors and Head of Projects to drive the growth of their business.
You’ll be managing multiple market research projects, ensuring high-quality service for clients, and delivering projects on time and within budget. If you have experience with multi-market studies and a passion for client service, this could be the right role for you.
Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee project delivery, client communication, supplier coordination, and budget management.
- Client Service: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply learnings from each project to improve future work and suggest better processes.
- Experience managing multiple projects (qualitative experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to work across different industries and research methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
