- Lead the delivery of change and transformation projects within the technology department.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to the agreed quality standards.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and maintain good relationships.
- Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the strategic planning and development of the technology department.

- Proven experience in managing change and transformation projects.
