QUALITATIVE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (CONSUMER)

UP TO £70,000

LONDON - HYBRID WORKING

We're working with a global research agency that works across a range of sectors including FMCG, technology, automotive and more. They're looking for an established Associate Director to join their consumer team and make an immediate impact. This is a great opportunity to work with a varied client-base across multi-market projects and get the chance to work with both traditional and advanced methodologies. THE ROLE:

The Associate Director will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work across multiple qualitative research projects, with occasional travel when necessary
  • Line manage junior members of the team
  • Be a part of BD initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects from end to end, delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Associate Director will have:

  • Knowledge of different behavioural science frameworks is beneficial but not essential
  • Commercial awareness and experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A background within consultancies/agencies
  • 5 years of commercial experience at a minimum
  • A strong qualitative background, and knowledgeable with a variety of methods including IDI's, focus groups, ethnographic studies
