The role includes implementing global consumer programs, serving as a contact for market and HQ stakeholders, and driving actionable insights from research programs. Additionally, the position involves crafting and executing qualitative and quantitative research strategies in collaboration with the Research and Insights team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Behaviour Research
  • Conduct and deliver research on consumer behaviour and external trading environments
  • Provide actionable insights for Marketing and Sales teams
  • Develop a research calendar addressing mid-to-long-term priorities
  • Align research principles with the Brand teams
  • Liaise with global stakeholders to implement best practices and standards
  • Insights and Reporting
  • Serve as the key contact for research programs, ensuring insights are analysed and shared across marketing teams
  • Create reports and interactive insights to identify trends and recommend actions
  • Strategically enhance the maturity of the insights system
  • Evaluate data and technology platforms to maintain cutting-edge practices
  • Develop and deliver performance reports and trackers, presenting insights to senior management
  • Assist the Research and Insights Team Manager in reporting, dashboard creation, account reviews, and ad-hoc projects

Experience ideally required for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing consumer and trade research, ideally in a similar role.
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • University degree preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in trade research and business insights
