Description
The Research Contracts Manager will:
- Oversee and manage university research contracts - including MTAs, DTAs & CDAs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and university departments.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms with external partners, funders & collaborators.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Advise on legal issues related to research contracts.
- Implement contract management processes and improvements.
- Assist with risk management and resolution of contract disputes.
Profile
A successful Research Contracts Manager should have:
- Degree in Law or related field.
- Proven experience in contract management.
- Familiarity with research contracts in a university setting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology.
