Contracts Manager

Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with a London-based research organisation to recruit to a Contracts Manager for their Clinical Contracts and Research and Development team.

This position will be offered on a permanent basis and the successful contracts manager will attend the London-based offices 2 days per week, however there may be some flexibility on the office attendance. The successful contracts manager will receive an annual salary between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (there may be some flexibility on this for someone with extensive clinical trial contracts experience).

Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of the following agreements:
    • Funding Agreements
    • Drug Supply Agreements
    • Material Transfer Agreements
    • Data Transfer Agreements
    • Collaboration Agreements
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements
    • Confidential Disclosure Agreements
  • Provide general legal advice to departments across the organisation

It is essential for successful applicants to have experience dealing with funding agreements and drug supply agreements, however, experience of the others mentioned above would also be beneficial.
