Description

The Research Contracts Manager will:

  • Oversee and manage university research contracts - including MTAs, DTAs & CDAs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and university departments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms with external partners, funders & collaborators.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Advise on legal issues related to research contracts.
  • Implement contract management processes and improvements.
  • Assist with risk management and resolution of contract disputes.

Profile

A successful Research Contracts Manager should have:

  • Degree in Law or related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management.
  • Familiarity with research contracts in a university setting.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology.
