**Location:** Central London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

**Salary:**

- Research Manager - Up to £50,000 (3-4 years of experience)

- Director - Up to £80,000 (7+ years of experience)

**Role Overview:**

- **Research Manager:**

Manage end-to-end research projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.

- **Director:**

Stay hands-on with survey design, research execution, and debrief presentations. Oversee projects and manage client relationships, with opportunities to contribute to new business and proposals. You may also have the chance to manage a small team, if desired.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

- Strong experience in quantitative research methods.

- Familiarity with survey design, brand tracking, campaign evaluation, and innovation.

- Experience working with FMCG, media, or related sectors is a plus.

- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- A drive for professional growth and development, with a desire to work in a high-performance environment.

**Interview Process:**

- **Stage 1:** 30-minute CV run-through with hiring managers.

- **Stage 2:** Proposal design task.
