About the RoleThey are looking for an experienced Quantitative Research Manager to join their their close knit and friendly team, working across a large variety of brands and sectors. The successful candidate will have ownership of both ad hoc and tracking projects from inception to completion. They will be a key team player and will deliver excellent service while helping to develop existing client relationships.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to research proposals and attending pitches;
  • Managing quantitative research projects including design, resourcing, liaising with suppliers, quality control and analysis;
  • Writing bespoke questionnaires that demonstrate an understanding of client objectives;
  • Building relationships with clients, advertising agencies and media agencies to fully understand strategy and campaign context and objectives;
  • Conducting analysis (in Q Research software) that answers the client brief;
  • Presenting results and recommendations in an engaging, confident way

About YouIn order to be considered for this Quantitative Associate Director role you will:

  • Have spent around 5 years at a market research agency;
  • Have an interest in brands, marketing, and customer behaviour;
  • Have strong quantitative technical and project management skills;
  • Be used to running all stages of a range of projects - including proposal-writing, questionnaire design, data analysis, dealing with internal teams throughout the project, presenting results to clients;
  • Possess strong analysis skills and the ability to turn information into insight and understanding;
  • Be an excellent client facer and someone who enjoys building strong relationships with their accounts. Salary up to £50k + benefits and Employee Ownership Bonus
