Harnham is working with a media company to find a new Research Manager for their Insights team. This company delivers actionable insights and content that empowers businesses, helping their clients stay ahead of industry trends through bespoke reports to in-depth consultancy services.
THE ROLE:
This position will be leading the Insights team, and involves:
- Leading development and execution of research projects
- Managing a team of analysts and researchers
- Designing and overseeing quant/qual methodologies (not collection, but from data cleaning to analysis)
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Building relationships internally and externally
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 5-9 years experience in research roles
- Experience across both quant and qual research methods
- Experience running research projects end-to-end
- Line management experience
- Great communication skills and the ability to make technical information digestible for audiences
- Strong analytical skills
