Harnham is working with a great agency, largely working with clients in the Tech space. They're looking for an experienced PM with a real passion for delivering results in a fast paced environment. Their Ops team is at the heart of the business so this is a key hire for them.

THE ROLE:The Project Manager, will oversee complex research initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed to an exceptional standard. The responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved and outputs meet client expectations.
  • Manage resources effectively, balancing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Review and approve project deliverables for accuracy and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes, adopting innovative tools, and optimizing workflows.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategies with broader business goals.
  • Share industry knowledge and promote best practices across the team.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience managing research projects in a professional setting, ideally involving data-driven outputs.
