Senior Research & Evaluation OfficerMorgan Hunt is partnered with a National Children's charity in their search for a Senior Research & Evaluation Officer to lead impactful research projects that improve the lives of children and families.In this role you will use your research expertise to drive positive change. You'll manage impactful projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and ensure children's voices inform our work to prevent abuse and support those affected.Salary: £41,500 Contract: Permanent - 35 Hours a weekLocation: Remote or Hybrid from London office (London weighting allowance) Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Research Projects: Design and deliver high-quality research projects, including evaluations, using robust quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Collaborate & Advise: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to clarify research objectives, build research capacity, and promote evidence-informed practice.
- Disseminate Findings: Produce accessible reports and presentations, sharing learning through conferences, seminars, and other events.
- Champion Children's Voices: Ensure children's experiences and perspectives are central to research activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing applied social research projects, including evaluations.
- Experience in designing and conducting research with children and young people.
- Experience of analysing and interpreting complex datasets to inform decision-making.
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and research ethics.
