About the Role:

Harnham are working exclusively on a new role with a growing research company, where you'll have the opportunity to take charge of research projects from start to finish and help our clients navigate our cutting-edge platform.

THE ROLE:

The Senior Research Executive will have the following role and responsibilities:

• Leading research projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless communication with clients and making sure they're satisfied with their research experience.
• Supporting questionnaire development and managing survey scripting within our proprietary platform.
• Overseeing fieldwork and data quality using our unique tools.
• Analyzing quantitative data to help clients understand their results and translate insights into meaningful actions.
• Developing key client deliverables, including data tables, presentation decks, reports, and blog posts.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities for research collaboration.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Senior Research Executive will have the following skills and experience:

• Around 2 years of research or market research experience.
• Strong background in quantitative research.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• A client-focused mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Strong data interpretation and visualization skills.
