Area to be covered: National (Manchester to London)
Remuneration: £55,000 - £57,000
Benefits: hybrid / electric company car (paid charger at home) & 25 days holiday, gym membership, cycle to work scheme, life insurance, BUPA healthcare & dental, double pension contribution i.e. 6% employee - 12% employer
The role of the Specification Sales Manager Thermal Insulation will involve:
- Technical specification sales role selling a high quality manufactured range of thermal insulation
- All of your time will be spent generating specifications vial; architects, specifiers, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, building envelope contractors, faade contractors
- Product CPD seminars to get products specified
- Projects size with vary depending on size and scope
- Will look to contribute and develop a turnover target of circa £30m
- National travel however will focus on major conurbations
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Thermal Insulation experience with:
Must have specification sales experience
Would consider someone working in distributor
Must have insulation product experience
Must be technically astute
Must understand UK building regulation
Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
Commercially capable, loyal and technical
