We are working with a London-based sub-contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality energy efficiency solutions on large-scale retrofit projects, partnering with Tier 1 Contractors, Social Housing Landlords and Local Authorities. We are currently looking for Cavity Wall Insulation installers and Loft insulation Installers to join their growing team. Works are spread across London & Home Counties and a company van will be provided.
As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing cavity wall insulation or loft insulation in residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will be working as part of a team to ensure energy efficiency measures are effectively implemented.Key Responsibilities:* Install cavity wall or loft insulation in residential properties according to company and industry standards.* Conduct pre-installation assessments to evaluate the suitability of walls for insulation.* Ensure all installations comply with relevant health and safety regulations.* Maintain and operate insulation equipment safely and efficiently.* Complete documentation and reports on completed installations.* Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, ensuring satisfaction with the installation process.* Keep up to date with industry best practices and installation techniques.* Collaborate with other team members and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.Requirements:* Proven experience as a Cavity Wall Installer or Loft Insulation installer or similar role.* Level 2 qualification in Cavity Wall Insulation (preferred).* Full, clean driving license.* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to insulation and construction.* Ability to work independently and in a team.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.* CSCS card (preferred but not essential).* Good communication skills and a professional attitude.* Ability to travel to various work sites.* Training can be provided for the right candidate.For this role, you will receive a competitive rate of pay based on experience, with the option to be either employed on a PAYE basis or working as a subcontractor. A company van will also be provided for work purposes.
