We are working with an exclusive private members club located in the heart of Central London, offering a elegant environment with premium dining, bars, and curated experiences for all members. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support our F&B operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the high standards expected by the members.

About the job:

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces within the club.
  • Ensure impeccable service standards, delivering an elevated experience for members and guests at all times.
  • Manage and lead the F&B team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure efficient service and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the staff rota
  • Support the planning and execution of high-profile private events, ensuring the smooth coordination of food and beverage services.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house, maintaining consistent quality in food presentation and timing.
  • Handle member inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a quality restaurant, hotel, or members club.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the best possible experience for members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and interact confidently with high-profile members.
  • Strong organisational with the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
