JOB SUMMARY

Collaborates closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve and surpass the department's operational and financial objectives. Ensures high levels of guest and team member satisfaction, upholds quality standards, and steps into chef and room service server roles as needed to maintain seamless operations.

ROLE

Ensure health and safety standards to all food and beverage policies, as well as food handling, production, and sanitation procedures.

Upholds service and sanitation standards in both Room Service and kitchen areas.

Ensures compliance with local regulations and COSHH standards.

Identifies high-quality products and presentations.

Collaborates with the kitchen team to create special menus for Room Service and employee dining, ensuring all items can be executed in the Room Service setting.

Monitors staffing levels to meet guest service needs, operational demands, and financial goals.

Conducts thorough investigations, reports, and follow-ups on both employee and guest accidents.

Experience

  • GCSEs, high school diploma, or equivalent; relevant experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related field.

OR

  • Degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field; demonstrated experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a similar professional area.
