As the Assistant General Manager, you will work in close partnership with the leadership team to oversee the operational success of the venue and inspire a dedicated, high-performing team. In this role, you will lead by example, delivering and guiding exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. By fostering a culture of commitment, inclusivity, and excellence, you will empower your team to exceed service standards, uphold company values, and ensure an engaging and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and model a positive culture that aligns with the company’s core values.
  • Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), using financial and feedback data to drive the site’s success and overall financial performance.
  • Maintain outstanding standards in customer engagement, service, and on-site activities, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.
  • Manage cost controls, staffing levels, and purchasing efficiencies to maximize the location's profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, passing all related audits consistently.
  • Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, achieving audit requirements.
  • Promote and manage events, ensuring they are effectively advertised and reach booking targets.
