Our client a culinary-led high end Gastro Pub and dining room, are currently looking for
an experienced Assistant GeneralManager.
TheAssistant GeneralManager will be passionate about food, working with a seasonal menu, using local produce & will receive up to £45,000 - £50,000 per year.
TheAssistant GeneralManagerwill:
Support the AGM & senior GM in leading our exceptional Front of House team to set up and deliver a unique guest experience.
Lead the team in service, demonstrating great attention to detail & product knowledge to drive quality & consistency.
Manage our Front of House team including supporting recruitment, delivering performance reviews & leading training sessions.
Determining staffing needs based on sales.
Experienced in delivering high end service, ideally with small plate experience.
You have a passion for hospitality & providing a warm & memorable guest experience.
