Kapara is set aside from the hustle and bustle of soho in the newly build James Court where we through all expectations out the door with our inclusive concept, breaking the normal standard of service and our general love to eat & party.
Opening our doors to our second venue only in February 2023, we are already hitting 200+ covers a day and we are not going to stop there, plans are already underway for further sites and the possibilities are endless.

- Promote, work, and act consistently with the brand's mission.
- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programmes are followed and completed on time.
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of facility, sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
- Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
- Monitor budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorised and budgeted.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation, serving, and building maintenance.
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service.
- Establish standards for staff performance and customer service.
- Be knowledgeable of HR-related matters and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
- Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
- Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety.
