What you will do as a Assistant Restaurant Manager

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high standards of quality.
Greet and interact with guests to build relationships and gather feedback.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating colleagues to achieve their best.
Work closely with other departments in the hotel (e.g., housekeeping, front desk) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotions to attract customers and increase sales.
