**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Support:** Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to established protocols.
- **Staff Management:** Help recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
- **Guest Relations:** Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- **Financial Management:** Monitor and assist in controlling operational costs, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- **Quality Assurance:** Ensure service standards are met consistently, conducting regular inspections and providing feedback to the team.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the kitchen team to facilitate effective communication and ensure a harmonious front-of-house and back-of-house operation.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within similar and/or fast-paced establishment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
