Set in the heart of London on the historic Wigmore Street, Bechstein Hall is a new London concert hall opening in November 2024 offering classical music concerts by renowned artists, while adding a fine-dining experience in the restaurant, a completely new approach to classical music concerts.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager to ensure a seamless guest experience, lead a talented team, and maintain the standards & atmosphere that define this unique establishment.

- Operational Excellence: Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service, quality control, and a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
- Leadership:Provide leadership and support to the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Motivate, train, and mentor staff to deliver excellent service and uphold standards.
- Customer Service:Strive for exceptional guest satisfaction, handle guest concerns, and maintain high standards of service.
- Financial Management:Assist in budget planning, control labour costs, manage stock, and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Scheduling:Create staff schedules that optimize efficiency while meeting business needs and labour targets.
