Salut! - Independent Restaurant - Islington

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Salut! In Islington! Ideally, the perfect candidate will have experience working in a comparable restaurant within a fast-paced environment.

Wine knowledge WSET Level 2 or above

Who we are

Salut! Islington is an independent 28 cover Restaurant opened in December 2015 serving a Modern European, seasonal menu. We open Friday to Sunday for lunch and 7 days a week for dinner.

Assistant Restaurant Manager / 40 hours / 35k per year / including service charge / 28 days holiday a year / 5 days on, 2 days off / Meals on duty.

We have an approved Uk Sponsor license and can sponsor individuals from outside the UK.
