**Job Description:**

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring great service and guest satisfaction. Working closely with the General Manager, this role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Operational Support:** Assist in daily operations, supervise staff, schedule shifts, and coordinate activities between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

2. **Staff Management:** Help recruit, train, and mentor team members, promoting a positive work culture. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

3. **Customer Service:** Ensure outstanding guest experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns quickly. Foster a customer-focused team environment.

4. **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and conduct regular audits to maintain quality.

5. **Financial Responsibilities:** Help track sales and expenses to optimize profitability and implement cost control measures.
