As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Lead and motivate a skilled front-of-house team to uphold Michelin standards.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

• Manage reservations and deliver outstanding VIP guest experiences.

• Maintain impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of service.
