We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at The Gore Restaurant, a gourmet Italian restaurant.
Assistant Restaurant Manager duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
Maintain service standards in absence of theRestaurant and Bar Manager.
Oversee and supervision of the Restaurant team.
Training new employees.
Assists with inventory and management of suppliers.
Endure adherence to companys safety standards.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience in a similar role and in boutique hotels will be advantageous.
Ability of leading a team.
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
