Our 34-seat restaurant, opened on September 1, 2022, has earned two Michelin stars for its exceptional food and warm, personalized service. With an intimate atmosphere and a focus on detail, we create a memorable dining experience that celebrates great food and hospitality.


Position Overview

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service in line with the restaurants two Michelin star status. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, a passion for fine dining, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management

    • Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, reservations, and service flow.
    • Ensure all service protocols are followed to maintain the Michelin star standards.
    • Oversee the readiness of the dining area, including cleanliness and ambiance.
  2. Team Leadership

    • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
    • Support the Restaurant Manager in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
    • Handle scheduling, time-off requests, and team management in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
  3. Guest Experience

    • Act as a point of contact for guests to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their dining experience.
    • Build strong relationships with regular patrons and create a welcoming environment for all guests.
  4. Collaboration

    • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house.
    • Support the sommelier and beverage team in offering wine pairings and upselling opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to the Restaurant Manager to optimize operations and service quality.
  5. Administrative Duties

    • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control.
    • Oversee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
    • Contribute to staff recruitment and training programs.

Qualifications
  • Experience:Preferably in Michelin-starred or fine-dining restaurants, manager or supervisory role experience required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with fine dining service, wine pairings, and restaurant operations.
