£40,000.00 gross pay per annum (£2700 net per month + tips)

Essential requirements:
- Experience within high quality, fine dining restaurant.
- Support The General Manager and Assistant General Manager in ensuring the shift runs smoothly and our guests have a great experience.
- Make sure the company's Food Hygiene and Health and Safety procedures are followed
- Opening and closing procedures
- People oriented with great passion for service and guest experience
- Excellent food and drinks knowledge
