The ideal candidate should possess strong back of house skills, wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 or above), and excellent communication abilities.
This full-time position offers a salary of £35,000 per year, including service charge, along with 28 days of holiday annually.
Candidates should have a passion for hospitality leadership, high standards of health and hygiene, and be fluent in English.
The role involves working 40 hours a week on a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Salut! In Islington! Ideally, the perfect candidate will have experience working in a comparable restaurant within a fast-paced environment.

Who we are

Salut! Islington is an independent 28 cover Restaurant opened in December 2015 serving a Modern European, seasonal menu. We open Friday to Sunday for lunch and 7 days a week for dinner.

Assistant Restaurant Manager / 40 hours / 35k per year / including service charge / 28 days holiday a year / 5 days on, 2 days off / Meals on duty.

We have an approved Uk Sponsor license and can sponsor individuals from outside the UK.
