We do what we do best, serving up game-changing dim sum, mouth-watering Cantonese cuisine and an eponymous dish that attracts connoisseurs from around the world.
The Role
The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a Supervisor or Head Waiter, in a well-established restaurant. He/she will have refined skills in all aspects of table service and maintenance.
Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
