We are looking for a passionate Bar Manager to join the team and help elevate our guest experience even further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
- Mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume bar or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
