About the Role:
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the bar team to deliver world-class service.
- Collaborate with the team to craft innovative cocktail menus that reflect the latest trends while staying true to our brand.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, staffing, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Cultivate a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring guests leave with memorable experiences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute events that drive engagement and revenue.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and achieve sales targets.
About You:
- We are looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven individual.
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume, premium cocktail bar.
- A deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and the latest trends in the cocktail world.
