- Helping the Bar Manager with admin and organisethe floor
- Helping the Bar manager withstock-count
- Guests eat at the bar, food knowledge and serving guests
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment
- Crafting exceptional cocktails and showcase your creativity by developing and executing a diverse range of drinks that compliment Claro culinary heritage.
- You report to the Bar Manager
