Bar Supervisor - Sky Lounge

Do you have your head in the clouds? So do we. We have a great opportunity for new team members to join us in Sky Lounge, Shangri-La The Shards champagne bar located on the 34th floor of the iconic Shard building.

Join our team at Sky Lounge and seize the incredible opportunity to become a supervisor. In this role, you'll be a pivotal figure at both Sky Lounge and Shangri-La Hotel, dedicated to delivering the epitome of personalized service and crafting unforgettable guest moments. As a supervisor, you will lead the Sky Lounge team, showcasing leadership and proactivity to ensure the bar's smooth operation.

Your responsibilities encompass maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest well-being and safety. In the absence of the Manager, you will take the lead in your department. You'll oversee a team of waiters and waitresses, ensuring a consistent and Forbes and Shangri-La compliant service. We are looking for someonewho's a connoisseur of wines and spirits, and who exudes professionalism in appearance and attitude.

A thorough knowledge of cocktails, wines & spirits

Knowledge of Food & Beverage systems

Experience in a luxury bar or hotel preferred

Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability

Oral and written fluency in English

Confidence in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
