Responsibilities:
Oversee bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and train bar staff work very close with GM
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Manage inventory, stock orders, and ensure product quality.
Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
Assist in planning and hosting bar events, promotions, and marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience as a bar supervisor or team leader.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and stock management.(lightspeed and marketmen will be a bonus )
Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for developing others and maintaining high standards under pressure.
