As a Café Supervisor you will be providing a warm welcome and an excellent service experience to every guest and customer in The Berkeley Café. You will direct the team and overseeing the operation in absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- To be familiar with the menu and beverage list and to be able to make recommendations to guests accordingly.
- To be responsible for the end of the day report and the cashing up in absence of the Restaurant Manager, to present the bill and handling cash and credit cards.
- To ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about the menu and that coaching will be provided when needed.
- To take drinks and food order to the departmental standards.
- To assist the team in serving customers when necessary.
- Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
