If so, then we are looking for a Full Time Catering Manager. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding culinary experience.
- Role: Catering Manager
- Location: SE2, Abbey Wood
- Rate: £15 - £17 per hour
- Hourse: 8:00 - 15:00
- Contract: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
- Overseeing the efficiency of all catering operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plans
- Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
Ideal Chef Manager will:
- School experience either Primary, Secondary, SEN
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and providing an exceptional service
- Have experience managing teams in a similar role
- Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
- Have an DBS Certificate
