Hospitality and F&B Contract Manager, London, to £80k plus £5k car allowance, bonus (c16%)

Our client is a leading, global provider of facilities management services with an international, corporate client base that expect a 5* hotel level of service. Catch 22 is partnering with them to recruit a Workplace Experience Manager - Hospitality and F&B

Summary:

Looking for an individual to manage current F&B & Hospitality operations for London-site and oversee mobilisation of hospitality services across several sites in EMEA. Mostly London based, occasional travel to EMEA sites once per quarter.

Experience:

-            Leading Catering/Hospitality teams to achieve financial and operational objectives

-            Overseeing and organising relevant training for staff

-            Working with the catering teams on menu development

-            Regular liaison with client on standards of guest service and hospitality and ensuring the teams adhere to this at all times

-            Assist in mobilising hospitality/catering services on new EMEA sites

-            Ensuring H&S standards are adhered to at all times

Pease note, this is not a hybrid position. It is based at offices close to St Paul's, London and is site based 5 days per week.
