The Role: As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our restaurants, bars, and banquet areas, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the food and beverage team
- Ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
- Assisting in training and development of staff
- Managing inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of service areas
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations and special events
- Oversee daily operations in restaurants, bars, and banquet areas
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
