We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and committed F&B Supervisor to join our team.
As a F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all F&B outlets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will also be required to manage and train team members.
Your responsibilities:
- Supervise and the F&B department and its outlets
- Ensure that all food and beverage service is of the highest quality and that guests receive excellent service.
- Support and develop food and beverage team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable of menu offerings and service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Be familiar with and adhere with the licensing laws.
- Ensure that sufficient levels of equipment are maintained to service the business, i.e. glass, stock, skips, measures, etc.
- Act upon any positive / negative comments from clients and reports to the F&B Manager
- Ensure that all areas covered by you are ready in every respect for service at the beginning and throughout every shift.

What we are looking for:
- A friendly personality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and industry trends.
- M&E experience will be a plus
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
