About the role

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. You will smoothly lead the F&B early and late shifts, always aware of guest satisfaction to deliver the perfect service experiencein all our Food & Beverage outlets (bar, restaurant, conference & events, room service, and terrace).

Responsibilities

Leading your team by example, you will need to provide a great guest experience by being welcoming, attentive, anticipating and accurately fulfilling guest requests.

Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal guest service experience.

Improve sales and quality of service whilst complying with hygiene and food safety standards.

Making sure your team are trained and briefed to deliver great service every day. Helping them to improve their skills through coaching and providing support for career development.

Liaise with the Kitchen team to ensure the best food quality is delivered to our guests.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Setting up meeting and conference rooms.

Be a team player with high energy and stamina.

Good attention to detail and punctuality are key.

Salary & benefits

Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

Salary £28,435.06 pa (£14.58 per hour)

Candidate requirements

Essential:

Previous Food & Beverage Supervisor experience

Excellent customer service skills

Good level of spoken and written English

Desirable:

Experience working in a 4 Star hotel

Under the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, evidence of eligibility to work and live in the UK will be required should you be invited to attend an interview.
